At Mailboat Records Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and that media items like CDs or Vinyl are still factory-sealed to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
